Freight/Payback
If it works out that you’re close enough that you can pick up your table that’s great. Although we have had customers who have made “road trips” of up to 500 miles to pick one up, for most of you, it’s simply too far to travel, so we’ve put together a crating/freight package that might interest you.
Except in the extreme case of a customer being located in an isolated freight lane, the cost of this package is between $400 - $600. While this may appear like a lot, it really is the cost of moving a three piece slate table about one time and I imagine that for all of you, if you look into the future, you can see yourself moving at least once. After that first move job, the table will actually save you money. Not only on future moves (either “in-house” or “house to house”, but also in re-sale value. But there are a host of other advantages you’ll enjoy along the way.
Assuming you choose one of our HPL (high pressure laminate) tables, it will always stay good looking. Also, for all of you league/ex-league players, because we use one piece slate, you can play (and practice) on exactly the same playfield (40” x 80”) that you normally play on. And of course, our tables are very easy to install and move and the total time to initially, un-crate and install our game is about 1 ½ hours.
Although I strongly suggest reading all of sections (Good Info) the sections that deal with our tables more directly are…
1) About Slate
2) Laminate vs. Wood
3) The Myth Of Playing On A Larger Table
The bottom line is this. If you like the appearance of our tables, you simply can’t do any better.
